This service is for customers who need a reliable U.S. receiving point but do not need inventory management or recurring order fulfillment.
Yes. Choose Bring Your Own Label in your forwarding request and upload the prepaid label generated through your carrier or shipping account. We charge a $5 handling fee to verify, print, apply, and process the label. Carrier postage is not charged by us because you purchased the label separately.
We record the package and provide an exterior package and shipping-label photo. You can request paid photos of the contents before deciding what to do next.
Choose “All carriers, including USPS” if you want us to accept USPS deliveries; Form 1583 and identity verification are then required. If you choose private carriers only, we can accept UPS, FedEx, DHL, and approved local couriers without USPS authorization.
Yes. The consolidation fee is $2 per incoming package included in the outgoing box. A new box and additional packing materials are charged separately when needed.
The first 30 days are free for each package. Daily storage starts on day 31. If no final instruction is provided within 60 days of receipt, the package may be removed from active storage and destroyed after reminder notices are sent.
No. Choose Package Forwarding when packages are addressed to you or your own company and you decide what happens to each arrival. Choose Fulfillment when inventory is sent under our warehouse receiving name so we can assign it to your SKUs, store it, and fulfill customer orders.
